LIVE IN BARCELONA
Catalan culture
Your month is an in-depth excursion of the culture, cuisine, history, and art in Barcelona.
Spend your days drinking espresso in the shade of poplar trees along Las Ramblas before heading off for an afternoon hike past the towering tombs of the Cementiri de Montjuïc.
Then, wind down to bathe in the balmy Mediterranean for a swim and a beachside siesta. In the evening, pull up a chair in the Gothic Quarter for a glass of cava and far too many tapas as you soak in the relaxed Catalan culture.
CONNECT WITH COMMUNITY
Over a tapa or two
With a welcoming community that shares a passion for art and architecture, you’ll crisscross Barcelona.
Less as a travel group and more as a collection of friends bonded by curiosity, you’ll learn to embrace a city that cherishes the past while reaching for the future.
Together you’ll meet up for five o’clock wine, enjoy tapas, marvel at Gaudi’s magic, get lost in graffitied streets, and wander the halls of some of the world’s greatest museums as you live as a Catalan.
LEARN
From the masters
The Art & Architecture Chapter is less a window into the unique designs of Barcelona and more a journey from a creative past through the innovative present.
Along the way, you’ll familiarize yourself with historic icons like Gaudi and Cerdà, examine the magic of the city’s urban planning, and learn to spot the flying buttresses and spires of Gothic masterpieces or the curved lines and intricate details of Catalan Modernism.
This is an immersive, educational experience curated with the utmost respect for the most famous architecture in Barcelona.
